F.A.Q.'S ABOUT TICKETS
Obstructed view seats may have limited view of the stage.
If you wish to upgrade, a new ticket would need to be purchased. We cannot exchange previously purchased tickets.
Doors are usually open 1 hour before the show time listed on your concert ticket.
Orders placed online can be picked up at the will call window on the day of the show only.
Only in advance if tickets were purchased through Ticketmaster. Please call 213-480-3232 to change the name for will call pickup in advance of the show. Will call names cannot be changed on the day of the show.
If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster, please contact them at 213-480-3232 to report your tickets lost. They will provide you with instructions on how to have them replaced.
Box office is usually open on show day only. Times vary. Please call 310-330-7316 for box office hours.

Wheelchair and mobility impaired seating is available at all Forum events. When purchasing tickets please specify that you need wheelchair or mobility impaired seating. Those purchasing wheelchair seating may purchase one (1) wheelchair seat and one (1) attendant seat. Any additional seats must be purchased in the regular seating areas. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all those that need wheelchair seating. For your convenience, you can call Ticketmaster directly to purchase wheelchair accessible seats, 213-480-3232.
Will Call is located at the main box office for Forum events. Please arrive early to pick up will call tickets.

The convenience fee Ticketmaster charges pays for all of the equipment and personnel to sell tickets. All ticket purchased at The Forum Box Office are subject to a $3.00 per ticket facility fee.
The service charge varies from event to event. When you purchase tickets from Ticketmaster you will see the service charge before you finalize your purchase.
Usually, the best way to buy tickets for popular shows is on-line or through charge-by-phone. Sometimes, a band may hold a pre-sale though their fan club, a radio station or various other entities such as credit card companies.
There are no refunds or exchanges on any tickets unless the event has been canceled. You can get a refund on a canceled event from the place you purchased your tickets.
